Poor all round. Breakfast terrible and 30 minutes late. There were not open at 7 am as stated they would be. Also woken up with a false fire alarm between 3 and 3:30 am. Not impressed. No reception cover when I checked out at 8 am. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

C'est le pire hôtel que j'ai fait de ma vie, je n'ai jamais vu un hôtel aussi sale on a même demandé un remboursement ça n'a pas été accepté c'est vraiment le pire hôtel et le plus dégueulasse qu'il y a sur l'application 訂房網站 je déconseille fortement Ne croyez pas les avis qui disent qu'il est bien. Je ne comprends même pas que Tripp puisse les accepter sur leur plate-forme.

Stayed on the top floor in a single room. Overall it was a great stay, but a few minor improvements would make the experience so much better. One of the balcony doors had trapped condensation in between the double glazing, would be good if that was sorted out. The blind on the same door was damaged. There was a slightly weird smell in the room. A diffuser would probably sort that out. The remote controls for the tv’s were missing and the inside of microwave wasn’t cleaned properly. There was also no key for the balcony door so couldn’t lock it. I wasn’t really worried about it because the balcony isn’t accessible without someone spidermaning it up the outside walls. However, the hotel is a lovely building in a pretty countryside area. The young woman on reception was lovely - give her a pay rise! Would probably stay again.

The room does not have any aeration windows, which makes it poorly ventilated and uncomfortable. This is definitely not good for your health, especially when the temperature is already high. I would not recommend staying here if fresh air and a comfortable indoor climate are important to you.

We always use this hotel when flying from Gatwick. The location is roughly 10 mins away from the airport by taxi. I think they allow you to park at the hotel for a fee, which works out a lot cheaper than using the airport parking. It has basic comfortable rooms and beds and the showers are decent.

Start at the reception that she did check in us into the wrong room because she did give our room to someone else same surname on the booking. The room is ok but never going to book here again
